in rhythm - Join Our Yoga
Classes are 75 minutes long, to allow for proper relaxation, breathing, warm up, main body of practice and final relaxation/meditation.
Equipment such as Mats, props and straps are provided but as we have a limited number, please bring your own if you have one.
Assists can be offered in each class to help you find postural and energetic alignment- if you do not wish to be assisted for any reason feel free to let us know.
Our Shala has shade all day long, meaning it stays nice and cool.
WORKSHOPS: Also known as deep dives have a particular intention or focus of exploration. This may be more to do with body, breath, mind or heart- however none of these aspects of the self are separate so you should always enjoy a complete experience and practice.
